
Club Duo Salmon
The incomparable Club Sandwich reinvented with wild salmon and gravlax, a simply sublime duo that with their respective condiments make for an exclusive version of this classic dish.

Ingredients
- 160 g wild smoked salmon
- 160 g gravlax
- 1 tbsp g wild smoked salmon rillettes
- 1 tbsp dill & mustard sauce
- 2 cups baby salad leaves
- 1/2 lemon
- 6 sliced white toast
- 4 wooden skewers
Steps
- Cut bread slices in triangles and lightly toast.
- Wash and dry your salad leaves.
- Cut lemon in 4 wedges.
- Take four toast triangles and place on individual plates. Spread a tablespoon of wild salmon rillettes on each triangle. Layer on the a wild salmon slice.
- Place another toast triangle on the wild salmon and layer on the gravlax. Pour a tablespoon of the dill and mustard dressing over the gravlax and place the last toast triangles on top.
- Garnish with a handful of the baby lettuce leaves on the side, a lemon wedge on top with the skewer pierced through your salmon duo club sandwich.
