Club Duo Salmon

The incomparable Club Sandwich reinvented with wild salmon and gravlax, a simply sublime duo that with their respective condiments make for an exclusive version of this classic dish.

  • 160 g wild smoked salmon
  • 160 g gravlax
  • 1 tbsp g wild smoked salmon rillettes
  • 1 tbsp dill & mustard sauce
  • 2 cups baby salad leaves
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 6 sliced white toast
  • 4 wooden skewers


  1. Cut bread slices in triangles and lightly toast.
  2. Wash and dry your salad leaves.
  3. Cut lemon in 4 wedges.
  4. Take four toast triangles and place on individual plates. Spread a tablespoon of wild salmon rillettes on each triangle. Layer on the a wild salmon slice.
  5. Place another toast triangle on the wild salmon and layer on the gravlax. Pour a tablespoon of the dill and mustard dressing over the gravlax and place the last toast triangles on top.
  6. Garnish with a handful of the baby lettuce leaves on the side, a lemon wedge on top with the skewer pierced through your salmon duo club sandwich.
