Serving suggestions: Rosara asparagus are delicate and treated with care. They can be served cold but, to enjoy their full flavour, they are best served at room temperature. They also go well with chopped vegetables vinaigrette (onions, green pepper, black olives, etc), hollandaise sauce or mayonnaise.
