Serves four portions, cooking time 15 minutes
For 8 pies
1 roll puff pastry
1 dl milk
3-4 dl grated Västerbottensost cheese
salt & pepper
Use a muffin tin or aluminium molds and cut the puff pastry into 8 squares to fit into the molds. Brush the molds with butter before pressing the pastry in.
Beat 1 egg and brush the puff pastry. Beat the other egg together with the milk. Grate the cheese and mix into the milk mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
Distribute the mixture in puff pastry molds and bake at 225°C at degrees for 10-15 minutes.
